With her husband David, Alison will lead whole or half day art encounter events which will be stimulating, informative and fun, with painting, print making and group work, no previous skill needed. We design the day to suit you.
From £315 per day for up to 10 including materials. Lunches from good local sources can be arranged.
- Know the people you work with. Get beyond the labels (even polite ones!), and find out who is living inside the suits we see every day. There is nothing like art for revealing the person you never knew.
- Have fun together. It doesn’t have to be crossing rope bridges and making things out of cardboard. Art is more basic even than that, and everyone can do it!
- Everyone is creative: we’re made that way. So develop creative, lateral thinking in your whole team. People who doodle during business meetings may be the ones with the next big idea. Have you thought of having a ‘doodling meeting’ at which business takes place?
- Affirm the individual. When creativity wakes up, self-
esteem revives - and those early memories of ‘failure’ at art can be laid to rest! - Build the team. Discover the resources you have to deal with the unfamiliar, help each other and find how your team’s gifts fit together.
- Learn! Find out ‘how it’s done’ . If you were never taught it, it doesn’t mean you can never do it!
